Excellent hotel with excellent facilities and location. The breakfast is was amazing too. This hotel really is as good as most reviews suggest.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

Excellent pools, restaurants and bars. Gardens are beautiful. You can also access the neighboring Royal Savoy resort with sea access.

Super hotel!

Terrible customer service / experience - especially from the reservations team and all around. Please can your team have training on delivering the required customer experience from other parts of the world if you intend to market yourself as an upper end luxury hotel.

The design and interiors are exceptionally luxurious. Drawbacks: 1. Pool is not heated in summer time 2. 5 days in the beginning of June - buffet dinner restaurant is closed. 3. All the service and cooking in restaurants is very slow. You always need to wait. Any lunch or dinner will not take you less than 1.5 hours. 4. Annoying room service. In the morning they wake you up to clean the room, then they come to bring you water, then for turndown service (just 2 sweets), then for something else. It never ends. Bring everything in 1 visit? Not possible

Clean and fantastic service

Wonderful hotel and super attentive and helpful staff to our needs. Spacious facilities and rooms, with plentiful and delicious food, and careful with one of our allergies I would definitely return to the hotel.

The entrance door of the room is very big, and I feel much better all of a sudden. The exposed balcony is comfortable. It is very convenient to dry clothes temporarily. The laundry room is fast and cheap to clean clothes. You can enjoy the popcorn and lemonade when you enter the door. Take off, the bar at night has a super atmosphere, listen to the beautiful singing, relax and fall asleep, the service staff is very caring, the island is inconvenient to park, there is a hotel parking service that you don’t have to worry about, but there is a fee, 20 euros a day
