This was my worst accommodation experience in years. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was filled with disappointment and frustration. I sincerely advise everyone to carefully consider choosing this apartment. 1. Extremely slow and ineffective service: After discovering the problem upon check-in, I contacted the apartment through the platform immediately. The platform's customer service was responsive, but the apartment's response was shocking—they told me the housekeeping manager wouldn't be back for four hours. Even more outrageous, the manager never showed up! The problem was only barely resolved after Ctrip intervened. The apartment's own management and service team completely lacked emergency response capabilities; guests were left helpless and without any protection. 2. Chaotic room management and unauthorized room changes: This is the most infuriating point! I booked and paid for a specific room type in advance, but upon arrival, the apartment casually informed me that the room type I booked was already taken and unavailable! Without any of my consent, they forcibly assigned me a completely different room. I originally booked a room with a balcony featuring a view, but what I received was a storage room balcony with absolutely no view. This is completely misleading and constitutes fraud! 3. False advertising of amenities, dry cleaning service unavailable: The details page clearly stated that dry cleaning service was provided, but when I needed it, I was told I had to wait until Monday when staff were back. If they couldn't provide immediate service, why advertise it as a convenience on the booking page? This is completely misleading to consumers. Summary: This stay was a complete waste of my time and money. From the chaotic front desk management to the false room promises and the unusable amenities, every aspect felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I strongly advise against anyone staying at this apartment; choosing it will only make your trip risky and frustrating. I hope my experience can help others avoid this situation.
