過年漲價了能理解，但是我定比之前住過的房型更高級的，結果住樓層更低環境更差的房間。還有高度近視的那個美女，下次服務態度希望能好一些。

前台大姐態度太噁心了，遇到過態度最差的，説話特別不耐煩，別説多問了，問它一句她都是一種特別特別不耐煩的語氣很大聲的回你，再配上它那個眼神，真是噁心，避雷

前台服務態度太差，説話語氣令人很不喜歡，沒有笑臉，一到前台，前台説我訂的房間衹有一間了，沒有房間了，距離KTV很近很吵，沒辦法我衹能加錢換一個房間，結果換了一個房間還是很吵，浴巾也是壞的，睡到半夜居然還停電，被熱醒了，這真的是有史以來住的最差的，體驗感最不好的一個酒店了
