1.第一天去開房時，服務員態度就不好，辦理結電梯在哪也不説，問了態度也不好。 2.房間熱水，兩天打開都沒有，起碼等一個小時才來水。 3.這麼大一個品牌酒店，洗衣液感覺是大鼻涕做的，洗都洗不乾淨還臭，不知道什麼雜牌，感覺10塊錢3瓶ppd拼的。 4.出差這麼多次，從來沒遇到過不免費延遲退房的，延遲退房3小時88塊錢。 5.還有200多的酒店，那個早餐真的做得差，外面10塊錢一碗粉都比這個強
