Hotel staff were friendly,some could speak English. The room and bed was small but enough for us. Cleanliness is fair. The Library with fairly good coffee machine was a plus with the coin laundry next to. The free ice drinks corner is wonderful. The onsen was small. For the reasonable price I cannot complain. Best for family I love that they have fireworks and stamp collection games for kids to enjoy.

Great location and service, couldn’t fault that. Helpful staff and literally across the road from the gondola. Great inclusions like afternoon tea with desert bar with nice selection of tasty deserts, ice cream and drinks in the evenings. Breakfast could be improved, great for those that like seafood, but not so great for more western food options. I am sure even in winter there are apples, bananas and other options rather than frozen fruits and pastry that comes in packages that lasts a few weeks or at least that is how pastry tasted. One of the kids only eats toast and eggs or pastry and milk for breakfast and couldn’t find anything to eat there. But my husband loved the buffet. Rooms are pretty outdated, so be mindful. Bathrooms haven’t had anything done to them since probably 80-90th, but it was clean and public bath was good. Restaurant was booked out for dinners for a week in advance (at least) when we checked in but it seemed like there is only one seating in general for dinner.

Definitely a hotel worth staying at again! Definitely worth the price of admission! It’s well worth taking the kids! The hotel itself has some small activities that you can participate in. If you want to be able to participate in all activities, it is recommended to check in around three o'clock. There is a wave pool, marshmallow roasting activities, and dessert time, which are all suitable for children! In addition, there are many supplies available for children, such as diapers, pajamas and slippers. In terms of meals, dinner time seems to be rushed because there are only about 90 minutes to eat, but it is actually enough time to eat. There is an unlimited supply of different alcoholic drinks, and grilling your own scallops is well worth the price! In addition, the cheese buffet they provide is very delicious! There is also unlimited fish roe for breakfast! After dinner, there is also time for ice cream and draft beer, so keep an eye out! Although the large bathhouse is not big, it is very considerate and provides ducks and beach toys for children to enjoy bathing time with their parents. There is also an outdoor hot spring, which feels very considerate! 

The location is far from the station, so driving is no problem. It is very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces. The room faces the snow-capped mountains, which is beautiful. There are 1 bathhouse, 2 indoor hot spring pools, and 1 outdoor hot spring pool. There are not many people and it is clean. There is a public leisure area in the evening with free soda machine drinks, which is very good.

I stayed here again after 5 years. The hotel renovated the restaurant and expanded the children's activity room and reading office area. When I want to go skiing, I will immediately think of this treasure hotel. I love it.

It is family-friendly and the children had a great time there. However, there is only one elevator, so it is recommended to avoid the peak hours when checking out! You won’t have to wait too long for the elevator!

Furano Ski Resort, Asahikawa Zoo, this route. We just walked through it. The best way is to charter a car from Sapporo and visit the zoo, Biei Clear Pond, Christmas tree, Shirasuda Falls along the way, and then get off at the hotel at the ski resort Kitanomine. The car can return to Sapporo empty and ski at the snow resort 2.3 day, and then there is a bus that costs 2,700 yen and returns directly to Sapporo city, which takes about 170 minutes. If you are traveling with a lot of people, renting a car will only cost more than 400 to 500 per person per day. We recommend the natural forest hotel under the snow resort. Choose one that includes breakfast and dinner. There are many kinds, including barbecue, sashimi, and hot springs. The location is right next to the ski resort, just two steps away. There are many ski rental shops nearby. If you bring a translator, you can go to the Japanese school to book a coach, which is 1/4 the price of a Chinese coach.

A treasure hotel for snow lovers, it faces the ski resort and you can see the ski resort from the windows. The food is delicious and rich in variety. It is the best meal in Hokkaido. It is more attentive and fresh than the buffet in a five-star hotel in Sapporo. Although the hot spring is not a natural hot spring, it can relieve the fatigue of skiing. The service attitude of the staff is also the best among so many hotels. They answer all questions and are very enthusiastic. The room facilities are a bit old and the faucets are difficult to control. One point will be deducted here. Five-star praise.

The first time I went to Furano a few years ago, I stayed at the Prince Hotel. This time I booked the Natural Forest Hotel with my friends. This hotel is located opposite the Kitazhofeng Ski Resort. It is very convenient to reach the ticket booth and cable car through the parking lot. The hotel has a friendly environment and convenient facilities. The breakfast is also very rich. You can take a reserved bus to and from the airport. When you go to Furano city, you can ask the hotel front desk to call a taxi. If there are many people, you can also choose a taxi van. There are also some restaurants near the hotel with good food, but they need to be booked in advance. Stayed here for a week and overall it was OK.

I stayed there during the lavender season in July. The room was neither good nor bad, just what you'd expect from an ordinary business hotel. I was a little disappointed in the large communal bath, as there were bath towels scattered on the floor from people who had used it before, probably due to a lack of staff. I booked a course that included breakfast only. I wanted to drink alcohol for dinner, so I looked for somewhere within walking distance, but there were few places open, which made it difficult. I tried to switch to a course that included dinner the day before, but they refused, saying that they were fully booked.

It's in the center of Furano, and is conveniently located just a short distance from convenience stores and tourist attractions. There is a playground for children, but adults can have fun too (lol)
