Very caring. Even though I booked a smoking room, the front desk changed to a non smoking room for us when they noticed I have a little daughter.

Facilities: The hot spring is quite small, so you need to check the QR code for crowdedness to plan your visit. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: Beautiful and perfect. You can gaze at the Tokachidake mountain range in the distance, and the Ningle Terrace and Garden of Wind are close by. Service: I received a bunch of discount coupons that were completely useless. There were long queues at the buffet restaurant during peak hours.

The hotel is located just beside Ningle Terrace. You will need to drive out is you do not want to have dinner in the hotel.

Arrival service is good. Staff sent luggage to our rooms. Booked dinner buffet and time.slot given ends at 9.30 pm. But we were not informed about the closing time which was 8.30 pm. We went for dinner after 7.30 pm. So we had less than 1 hour to eat. Manager checking my room card on June 1 could be friendlier and could have informed us about the closing time since it is less than one hour. In addition, my room 1101 facing side of.mountain) is very noisy. Water sounds which seemed like from water tank above room could be heard flowing loudly which affected my sleep.

The Good: - Big Spacious. - Beautiful scenery mountain view from room. - Air con very good. - windows can be opened with mosquito net can have fresh air from outside. - Free parking near hotel. - Near Ningle Terrace (beside carpark) - cheaper but better than some hotels we stayed in this trip. - service people are very helpful & friendly. The Bad: No private onsen We like this hotel & is highly recommended.

Overall everything was quite good, although the hotel is a bit old already.

Very good ski and out hotel. Slope is just right beside and rental and equipment lockers are just in the basement of the hotel. Room is spacious. But do note that in winter, only centralise heater for the room, no aircon. Room was too hot, even after opening the window, had to request a fan. Onsen bath is good. Food choices are a little limited if your hotel package doesn't include breakfast and dinner, its cost quite abit. There isn't any nearby restaurants to eat. Nearest supermarket and town area is a 10mins bus ride but the limited time slot bus. [I went in April, its spring season so they cut down alot of bus timing.] At the lobby, theres a shop like a combination of mini mart and souvenirs shop. There's many things to look at in there.

The salmon roe for breakfast was a fantastic touch! The hotel was clean and tidy, and parking was free. It's located right near the ski resort, which was perfect for catching the tail end of the ski season. Both adults and kids loved it. The hot springs were also amazing! Plus, it's really close to the cheese factory.

Perfect for families with children — ski‑in/ski‑out access makes every moment effortless. Good breakfast buffet !

Good location easy to access for ski activities and only 5 minutes to fuma farm also enjoy anytime with Nigel Terrence. The room very comfortable also separate zone of bed room and toilet.

Extremely convenient, right next to the ski slopes. The hotel also offers several restaurants and even a convenience store on-site. The hot springs were fantastic too. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, just a bit pricey, haha.

This is a very convenient resort. Food, drinks, and entertainment are all easily accessible. The hotel is right inside the ski resort, so you can rent ski equipment directly and then explore the Elf Terrace without worrying about snowy road conditions.

A great ski in ski out hotel … the only one in Furano. Ski lockers are well spaced. Breakfast buffet is so sumptuous… makes one so full to go skiing! The rooms are comfortable tho not v modern.

We had a great time skiing at the Furano Hotel with our kids. It was super convenient – you can buy ski passes and rent equipment right on the second floor, and then you're directly on the slopes. It was our first time experiencing Hokkaido's powder snow! The room size was average, but we could easily open two large suitcases. The buffet dinner, which requires a reservation, had a fantastic variety, including Wagyu beef and large crab claws. The onsen experience was good; the indoor bath was quite spacious, while the outdoor one was smaller and got pretty crowded. The hotel also offers a direct bus to Asahikawa, stopping at Furano Station and Biei. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
