房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，位置好找，服務熱情！交通方便。很不錯，價格也實惠。出差旅遊可以放心住的一家。

賓館的價格還合理，前台接待熱情，有問題能解決。但是房間條件非常一般，房間小，隔音差，樓道和隔壁房間的聲音都聽得見；衞生間小、乾濕不分，洗完澡，滿地都是水，馬桶上也都濺的是水，很不方便；我住的房間之前好像沒打掃衞生，桌面上、電視上都厚厚的一層灰，床單被罩都是臟的，沒辦法找到前台要來洗過的床單被罩枕套自己換上了！之後又打掃房間衞生，掃土、擦灰！唉😔！當時天有點冷，房間空調取暖，空調的濾網厚厚的一層灰，好像從來沒有清洗過，沒轍，拿下來自己洗，洗乾淨消毒後才敢開機！我整個一服務員！五一期間房間不好訂，湊合了，晚上睡個覺而已！平時就算了，不推薦！

房間衞生乾淨，裏面有電視，有空調，有Wifi，辦公上網很方便，房間隔音效果好，夜裡安靜舒適，老闆很熱情，很適合商務出差。下次再來續住。德源商務賓館，比較合適中意的選擇。
