Cheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl ! Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous ! The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful . I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!

The hotel is really good. I like it. I don’t know why there are so few people in such a good hotel. (Their western restaurant is really beautiful, I especially like this architectural style, because we ordered Western food that night, we enjoyed that western restaurant alone! ! !) Miss Amy, the manager of the restaurant, is also very enthusiastic, and the arrangement for us is particularly comfortable 😌 (also introduced us to a lot of local culture) and the food is also very good! ! ! There was a young lady named Jin at the front desk who was also very nice, and she also cut carrots for us to feed the deer! I really like this hotel, who knows, family. Great experience with helpful and serviceminded staff. The hotel is large and what you would expect from a Westin. We had executive lounge access that had happy hour from 17-19, which included good selection of food (not only small bites) and beverages including alcohol. The breakfast was large with a very good selection. The only small issue was that the hot tub was not warm and when we asked them to turn it up for the next day that was not possible. Good thing we had one free access to the hot spring as part of our room. The room did not allow for individual settings of the AC and after one night of 24+ we turned it off and had the balcony door open. The hotel is luckily not at the most busy part of the center, but still overlooking the slopes (and the Audi sign). Would stay again.

Luneng Swissotel Villa is the most correct decision in this trip to Changbai Mountain. Especially when I went out with my children, it was my first time to see snow in the Northeast. I chartered a car from Yanji and paid 1,300. I just wanted to check in early. I arrived at 2:30. I was told that I can't check in until 3 o'clock. This is normal. However, I kept saying that the room was not cleaned well. I arrived at 3 o'clock. We were allowed to go to the villa after half a day. Those who arrived later than us checked in earlier than us.

It was a great experience to stay at Jinhua Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk, Bao Jing, was very considerate. She had a perfect smile and answered all our questions. She gave us a view of the Wanda Ski Resort from the window on the high floor and also gave us skin care products for après skiing. There are also fruits to eat, which is great ~ Jinhua is only a 2-minute walk from the ski resort and the pedestrian street is also close. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious😊 It's a very good experience. If you plan to come to Wanda, I highly recommend Jinhua Hua Resort Hotel~praise Miss Bao Jing again~

My family had a wonderful experience staying at Jin Suites. The location is great because our room is just across the Wanda Ski Center. McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut are right below our room. Hotel service was great, especially front desk Vito Fan who met our requests in a heartbeat. The living room with two adjoining bedrooms provided more space, especially to store our ski gear. Minimart at the lobby area was convenient too! Will book this hotel again when we visit Changbaishan in the future.
