感觸最深的是賓客服務主任七七，一次次温馨提醒長白山當地的天氣，出行和注意事項，耐心好態度很好！值得七星好評！然後是進入行政房間後的驚喜，陽台正對滑雪場的奧迪標記，贊！行政早餐區域是另外一個驚喜，三面環雪，瑞士氛圍濃郁！值得下次再住錦華度假酒店行政房！

房間還不錯，管理也比較有序，度假區贈送了很多權益，就是去的這幾天一直在下雨，最後一天晴天了，玩的很開心。有游泳池、小型遊樂場等室內遊戲可以玩，有温泉權益贈送，還有徵西索道，天晴的時候，風景很美，雲朵就像伸手就能夠到。對了，還贈送了遊湖權益，就是那種腳踏船，也挺好玩的。

入住體驗非常好，國慶提前一週就有小姐姐加微信一對一服務了。有任何疑問她都解答的及時且清晰，知道我帶寶寶，還幫忙安排預留了安靜的房間，這次旅行體驗感因她而拉滿！
房間乾淨整潔，床特別大。酒店送了很多權益，孩子大點兒的話應該會玩的更開心～

服務：錦華的服務非常好，從預訂就有專屬管家添加聯繫方式全程服務。有任何疑問都能快速得到答覆。發生了個插曲，第一晚空調電機有問題響了一晚，第二天修完送了下午茶和伴手禮。早餐種類還可以吧，比不上三亞等地的五星酒店，但整個萬達度假區酒店就是這樣，畢竟每年衹有幾個月的旅遊期，控制成本就衹能這樣。
衞生：乾淨衞生，這點還是符合五星標準的
設施：老舊了，裝修跟不上時代了，但整個萬達度假區都是一幾年建的，當年的潮流現在就是落後的。
秋天還是推薦住萬達度假區的，秋景很美，整個錦華服務也很好，設施和餐飲的不足靠人的服務來彌補～
