A great experience to start with Park Hyatt Changbaishan prior to winter season. The room was delicates and They keep replenishing water and keep you hydrated. Many thanks for Charles who communicated and arrange shuttle, share tips here for us before the journey, due to language barrier, we were really concerned about it, the check in service of Linda was very considered. She provided us the activity package and we have been enjoy it for those day. Winni was kind enough to meet our needs. But the facilities was old so it needs lots of maintenance works on it. Last but not the least. Thank you all for the hospitality service and make our journey feel like home

Great location for a few days of skiing! Breakfast is very nice with various (western) options. We would recommend to put a roomservice menu & Spa menu in the room. The ski-house is very well organized, I could change from Skies to Snowboard easy. The outside hot bath is absolutely amazing after a full day of skiing.

Amazing service. The pools are a great highlight. Chinese food at the restaurant is fantastic (western can improve a little). I will definitely come back in winter time.

A real treat. 20 minutes to Changbaishan National Park West entrance and to the airport. Ski resort starts in the backyard. Thermal pool inside and outside is fabulous.

The room is large and has a balcony. Outside is a forest and grass, full of greenery. The hotel is very quiet and the service is very warm and patient. The sweet and sour pork in the hotel restaurant is the best I have ever eaten. The waitress also kindly let me enjoy a discount.

At the end of summer vacation, I took my kids to a resort and finally chose Park Hyatt. There is a hot spring pool inside and outside the first floor of the hotel. The service was very good. I stayed for two nights. I added the concierge guy's WeChat before checking in, and he helped me contact the car from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. The front desk lady helped us sort out the hotel rights when we checked in. I would like to mention that the swimming pool security guard was very responsible.
