這裏的服務很好👍前台那裡的人一看到我們人多了一點，就給我們送了一個本來280多元的毯子真的是助人為樂！🥰🥰☺️走時，還給我們借了一套衣服來拍照🤣🤣😊這裏這裏也離雪場停經的，坐擺渡車（免費，每10分鐘一趟）10分鐘左右就到了 雪場裏也不多人非常不錯👌。

找了度假區一圈的酒店，雙床都衹有1.2米，大床也衹有1.8米，這家是炕，夠大完全不擠，非常適合帶孩子住！酒店雖然不在商業街附近，但是接駁車很快，晚上也可以讓前台幫忙喊車，還是非常便利的。但是房間沒有桌子和椅子，衹有炕上的小桌，不是很便利。

終於體會了一次住東北的感覺，小院在森林裏，讓你推開門就可以感受藍天白雲，鳥語樹林。小院打掃很乾凈，服務也特別到位，完全體現了東北人的熱情❤️，長白山可以不去，小院一定要去。帶狗子的必選

寶藏酒店，尤其節假日到處都是烏央烏央的人海，一進酒店區域整個世界都安靜了。房間很大，在不犧牲條件的情況下就滿足體驗民俗的願望，整個長白山應該找不出第二家了，最擔心炕硬實際也挺舒服。
要提意見的話，帶路小哥應該主動幫女士拿下行李，場面一度有些尷尬。
節假日贈送的華美盛度假區活動不推薦去，除了喂小動物其他普遍都要排隊，沒必要，建議付費參加周邊的漂流騎馬挖參等活動。

酒店和客人溝通很及時，從入住前一天就溝通接站，房間2大2小夠用，早餐比想象中豐富。各種預約服務和疑問都能及時解答。房間有特色，有地暖，冬天應該還有炕暖。值得推薦。

酒店位置在華美勝地南側，距離商業中心有一段距離，不熱鬧，很安靜，四周風景很美，適合想逃離城市喧囂的人。裝修是東北鄉村風，簡樸但不簡陋，像住在東北村莊裡。內部餐廳飯也不錯。酒店贈送温泉票，所以每天泡完温泉，洗完澡回房間
