就在西坡檢票的對面，是閣樓，電梯到六樓，再走幾步台階，電梯設備間和屋子一牆之隔，電梯升降時，屋裡聲音很大。西坡最晚13點到檢票處就可以。大約3小時就能玩完，最晚的下山車很晚，長白山西坡景區工作人員態度特別好，工作人員也很多，到處都有人指引。下山應該很晚，估計7，8點都能有車。

總體來説，服務態度嘎嘎好，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，大家出門住宿就是想乾淨，睡的舒服。房間很乾凈，床品之類的都很舒適，性價很高，店家姐姐服務態度相當好了，特別熱心，訊息都是秒回，因為一個人自由行，需要挺多方面的幫助，跟店家姐姐一説，省了好多事，減少了好多麻煩，真是愉快的旅行經歷！
