This was the most disappointing hotel during our 10-day trip in Europe. It was more like a cheap motel in China. I have no idea how Ctrip found such a 'gem'. The room was nothing like the one we booked, it wasn't even a case of misleading photos. They changed our room three times, but still couldn't give us the one we reserved, so we just gave up. Two of us squeezed in for one night. The shower even had no door, just two curtains on either side of the toilet (and I still don't understand why there was a door from the head of the bed directly to the bathroom). The ceiling was unfinished, and the restaurant downstairs was incredibly noisy until 11 PM. I'm honestly speechless.

Just 200 meters from the train station. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the heating works well. The service is truly excellent; the front desk staff are incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. And the breakfast is amazing, definitely on par with a 4 or 5-star hotel!

Exceptional hotel value and quality. It’s an easy short level walk from the station. Fantastic staff with n check in and at the restaurant. The breakfast was great variety but the hot food counter had not been switched on so was all good. This was quickly replaced so no harm done. Will be back again next Chinese new year Local information on the castle times and bus travel were all good and explained. Very happy
