I booked a room after not being able to book in one hotel. Going to the other hotel was a great substitute. Beautiful short drive.

We returned to the Bergruh on the way back from Lake Garda. The hotel has not changed since July 2012. Cleanliness, good breakfast, a bit expensive for the rooms. We will not return as hotel is uphill and not easy as it gets older.

My wife and I were able to spend 4 days here with half board, the hotel is in a quiet location, you can relax well, the terrace has a great view of Lake Weissensee. The spa area is also sufficient, the water in the indoor pool has a comfortable temperature, nice relaxation room with water beds. The breakfast buffet is very appealing, everything you want is available, and the staff is very attentive! Especially the dinner of the half board is terrific, plentiful and very tasteful, with antipasti, 2 soups to choose from, large selection at the fresh salad buffet, cheese buffet. To recommend the half board. At the front desk a nice staff, suggestions and requests were met. Price-performance ratio is completely okay. Clean rooms, the view from the rooms with balconies to the lake is very nice. All I can say is we came as strangers and left as friends, we would happily recommend this lovely hotel to anyone. Everything is right here and runs smoothly.

Very nice hotel if you are deaf or hard of hearing. You can hear the ventilation from the room next door, and if you're unlucky, like we were, you'll have a guest in the room above who turns night into day, and sleep is out of the question. Reaction at the reception, the guest is leaving today. After falling in the bathtub (here is missing a handle or something similar) there was no reaction from the staff, I'm still waiting for the call back from the owner, which I asked for.

Après avoir fait 3 hôtels sur la route romantique classés 4 étoiles et un 3 étoiles à Augsburg ou nous avons eu de très belles prestations nous avons été surpris en rentrant dans la chambre : petite , vieillotte, porte d'entrée avec clé laissant à désirer quant à la sécurité (vissés apparentes). La télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionnait pas de même que le coffre. La douche est une cabine avec rebord, bref très loin des prestations attendues pour un 4 étoiles. Enfin rien de pratique aussi. Le seul bon point est la vue.... le rendu de la chambre en réel ne correspond pas vraiment aux photos vendues.

Nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Hotels die wir schon in Österreich besucht haben.
Sind uns als Fremdkörper vorgekommen.
Keine Herzlichkeit Hauptsache Hotel gebucht.
Restaurant 2 Tage geschlossen.( Haben wir bei der Buchung übersehen )
Sehr kleine Speisekarte.
Meiner Meinung nach 4 Sterne zu viel.

Magnifique nuit passée dans ce petit hôtel de Bavière. Un accueil chaleureux, une chambre magnifique avec une vue... juste dingue... la restauration du soir n'est pas exceptionnelle mais le service est top et nous a amené les plats en chambre pour que bébé puisse dormir. Super petit déjeuner avec toujours cette vue. Nous y retournerons!
