The location of this hotel is okay, the breakfast is okay, and the hygiene is okay, but the cleaning is a bit unprofessional. We paid a deposit of 300, which is understandable. When we check out, maybe we are out of town! They said that we had colored three towels. When we rushed to the hotel, the front desk clerk said that the two towels had been washed away and one was colored. I was confused and asked everyone to see what color the towels were. The front desk said that they would wait for them to color the towels. After washing, the deposit will be refunded. I think it’s better to let them deduct the cost of a towel, or else? Let everyone see if this towel has any color?
