剛進門前台直接問我是不是要加錢升級房型，我在平台訂的，你推出這個房，如果你不能提供完備的服務，你掛平台幹什麼？平台是垃圾場嗎？其次，水是涼的，空調製熱也不行，暖氣更不行，一晚上給我凍夠嗆，主要是沒熱水這事，大冬天我洗了兩個冷水澡，絕了！

冬天住那屋有點冷，空調噪音大，衞生間下水管漏水，床上用品可能是疏忽了枕套沒換，自己接受不了，找前台夜間前台説換了就是時間久了有點陳舊，可這東西換沒換還看不出來嗎？一個是有味道再一個上面還有頭髮。之後又説給我換房間，晚上十點都洗漱完了怎麼換，後來我提議換兩個枕頭解決了
