The hotel is a great getaway to the Guian water park. The rooms are clean and spacious for a family of 4. Their breakfast is both western and Chinese style giving a lot of choice. Something they can work on is to have jacuzzis drain water automatically and not having to call hotel staff to drain the water any time we needed to fill it up with water. The hotel staff and especially the hotel manger were very supportive. We’ll use the villas next time we visit.

The room was overall good, but the housekeeping center had too few spare medicines. My child fell down in the room at night, so I called the service desk to see if there were any medicines available. There is no free mineral water in star hotel rooms, all are charged, and the breakfast is mediocre!
