第一次選擇公寓形式的住宿，有超乎預期的滿意，雖然是自助式的入住，但是老闆的服務非常到位，接連又續住了好幾天，真想多住個幾天，好好感受一下當地的風情。

這家民宿離福州南站很近，西廣場出來走過一條下穿就到小區附近了。客房乾淨衞生，經濟實惠。從西廣場可以直接乘坐地鐵到達各個景點。

服務：工作人員態度好，處理問題及時，樓上三更半夜大喊大叫的，跟工作人員説了後，工作人員及時溝通，沒有聲音了，很感謝他們！服務態度也很好！

辦事效率太低，一件小事磨磨蹭蹭拖着不處理，哪怕是住客忘記了，作為商家應該要對事情做出反饋結果，年前入住由於行程時間較趕充電器遺漏拜託商家詢問客遺，現在都年後了難道不應該給一個回覆嗎？不論事件大小，我們理解過年期間有各種特殊情況，但是這售後態度是非常差
