酒店離福州站很近，坐公交一站可達。但房間很小（高級大床房），衞生狀況堪憂。中午入住放下行李未檢查，晚上回來睡覺才發現被子裏有血跡污漬，要求更換時酒店方稱店內無多餘被子無法更換，最後多套了一層酒店的被套➕自己帶來的一次性被套湊合入睡。

真的從來沒有住過這麼破的酒店，所有設施都很老舊，真的不考慮翻修一下嗎？連個請勿打擾的牌子都沒有，衞生間洗手液也沒有，毛巾都破的。説是在火車站附近，結果要走將近半小時，兩站公交車的距離，最後還是得打車。

酒店服務很熱情，基本是有求必應，酒店為滿足要球還特意提供了菊花茶；退房在上午，為此酒店還特意準備了一點午餐，讓人覺得很温馨。訂的優惠房，三樓303房間，房間面積不算大，夠用而已，但是乾淨衞生，設施齊全，早餐供應品種全、質量優；酒店距離火車站很近，處於鬧市區，公交站很多，距離地鐵站步行8分鐘。總的來説，酒店給這次出行添色不少，值得推薦，下次還會入住。

很方便的賓館，前台服務人員和保潔阿姨的態度都非常好。房間設施中規中矩，隔音不算特別好，晚上樓道里有小朋友叫喊能聽的比較清楚。wifi網絡還可以。
