房間是真的蠻小的，進門能聞到黴味，定的有窗，但窗外一言難盡，附近全是小吃店，還不如不開窗。
隔音非常差，走廊有人走過聲音非常清晰，更別説各種關門聲了。
出差不適合住，來三坊七巷遊客比較適合，吃玩方便。

衞生很好環境也很好，酒店的地理位置一絕，就在達明美食街旁邊，離三坊七巷也超級近，唯一不好的就是隔音很差，如果隔壁看電視的話會傳過來聲音。和朋友入住隔壁大半夜在那裡k歌，跟前台反應後處理的很及時，介意隔音的友友們慎重考慮。

到福州入住的酒店，地理位置特別好，離三坊七巷很近，周圍都是美食，公交出行也很方便。之前就得知是內窗，個人覺得不要緊，就是酒店隔音有點差，大晚上走廊裏有人説話，聽得特別清楚有影響到休息。電梯雖然衹有一部但效率特別高！
