地理位置好，離烏山歷史風貌區非常近，離三坊七巷也是步行可達。停車非常方便，免費停車。
房間夠大，行李箱攤開在地上毫無壓力，看湖景，洗手間乾濕分離。不好的是酒店在裝修，第一天入住白天還沒那麼吵，對付休息一下，第二天白天吵得不行，感覺地動山搖的剛，習慣下午休息的我們很是無語。

首先是服務，前台服務人員態度非常好，很熱情，給我們介紹了一下房間和用餐區；其次是房間內部環境，很大，整齊乾淨，重點是很安靜；最後是周邊位置是真方便，穿過一個烏山公園就到了三坊七巷，離福州市政府也不遠所以晚上出行也很安全！總之這家酒店是個不錯的選擇！

住過幾次，之前感覺還行，畢竟在市區能有安靜的環境還是不錯的，但是這一次的入住實在太讓我失望，價格不便宜，但是這毛巾，這地巾，還能用嗎？床旗上還有點點黃斑，不知道是什麼，進出大堂，前台也熟視無睹，連句最基本的問候都沒有，失望😔

酒店離三坊七巷大概1公里左右。在福州市政府對面，門口的烏山路對面不能掉頭。打車的話要注意一下。
訂的家庭房原來衹含兩人早餐。3人入住，前台主動提出免費加了一份早餐。早餐內容不算很多，但是也能吃飽。
家庭房間足夠大。還配了沙發。
服務不錯，推薦了福州當地好吃的餐廳。

離三坊七巷、地鐵1號線很近，帶孩子2米大床房和家庭房睡的也很舒服。因為四天分開訂了兩種房型，出門後酒店貼心的幫我們搬運行李辦理入住，還在最後一天升級了房型以便我們繼續入住同個房間。最後還送了酒店自製的糕點。為貼心服務點個贊，會推薦朋友來住。

設施：非常便捷、智能化，機器人幫忙送外賣不要太可愛
衞生：非常乾淨、配置也很乾凈
環境：離三坊七巷很近，步行可達，周圍有傳統小吃醉仙樓，連江海鮮鍋邊糊….

前台小姐姐服務周到，房間衞生乾淨，早餐品種較多，酒店位置裏三坊七巷很近，門口有許多小吃，酒店停車場很大，非常適合自駕遊玩。

酒店地理位置很好，周圍吃飯買東西很方便，旁邊就是一個公園，近地鐵站和烏山，走去三坊七巷也不遠；房間設施很好；酒店早餐免費，很豐富，非常好吃；服務很好，可以拿水，免費提供洗衣液可以前台領，叫外賣機器人送上來很方便
