Fuzhou Mawei Haishang Mingzhu Hotel

The balcony room is perfect for me, as I love natural breezes. Opening the balcony at night and letting the wind flow into the room is so comfortable. The hotel even thoughtfully provides earplugs, which is great for those sensitive to noise.

The environment was great, and they even upgraded our room! We had a balcony with a direct river view, which was lovely. The hotel also offered convenient dining options, and the braised noodles were absolutely delicious!

The room was decent, and the breakfast was excellent. It's also conveniently located near the Mawei scenic area.

I absolutely loved the room with a garden, and having a tea set to brew tea was a nice touch. The hotel is right by the Min River, and staying by the river was so comfortable. It was really pleasant to take a stroll along the riverside after dinner. I feel like it's more suitable for couples, with its romantic decor and atmosphere. The only downside is that you never know what kind of neighbors you'll get. If you happen to have people next door who are loud and inconsiderate, you won't be able to sleep all night... The soundproofing is quite poor, so if you're someone who needs a good night's sleep, I wouldn't recommend this room type. (I originally booked for two nights, but I couldn't sleep on the first night because of the noise, so I was forced to check out and move to another hotel on the second day.)

The hotel is conveniently located near the Mawei Shipyard Cultural Tourism Zone, making it easy to visit all the main attractions in Mawei. Luoxing Pagoda is right behind the hotel. The hotel's environment and service are excellent. They proactively offer children's toothbrushes and slippers when they see guests with kids.

Out of the seven or eight days I've been traveling, the Mingzhu Hotel in Fuzhou is by far my favorite. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive to detail. They even asked if I needed water for the road when I checked out – it truly warmed my heart. The hotel is conveniently located right behind China Tower Park. We checked in on New Year's Eve, and on New Year's Day, after a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel, we went hiking. This was my first time celebrating the New Year while traveling, and the festive atmosphere was all thanks to Mingzhu Hotel. I'm extremely satisfied! Each building has a laundry room, which is very convenient. On New Year's Eve, the hotel put on a beautiful fireworks display, and both my child and I were absolutely thrilled. One more thing to mention: there's also a kids' play area where children can enjoy themselves, along with billiards and darts – all great experiences. They even gave us two complimentary coffees. The hotel genuinely cares about its guests.

Even during the Spring Festival, the service was superb! The rooms were spacious, and check-in was quick with no waiting. They patiently answered all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the environment was quiet. The location was great, making it convenient for getting around and parking. It's right next to Luoxing Pagoda Park and very close to Mawei Shipyard Cultural Park, exceeding my expectations! However, it's a bit far from the city center, so it's perfect for those who are driving.

The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The front desk service was also very attentive!

The sea-view king room was absolutely amazing! It was spacious and comfortable, and even had a bathtub. So relaxing to soak in the tub while watching TV at night. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. They saw I had a child with me and, even though my child was over 150cm, they still gave us a free voucher. If I get the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.
