酒店環境不錯，設施也比較新，衞生也不錯，屬無接觸服務，身份證照片發給老闆後，他犮來房間和密碼鎖密碼，效率滿高的。不足之處是：下水道蓋丟失或封閑不嚴，房間有味，我住的房間卧室窗户有毛病關不嚴，使晚間車流聲較大，也有風進來，望店家能及時維修。

第一次去福州也是第一次入住這種無接觸式的公寓式酒店，酒店是需要先在大眾點評上下單然後添加老闆微信，老闆會給一個房號及門鎖密碼，我們這次住的是14樓所以很安靜，一點也不吵，我覺得你正常的酒店要安靜很多，除了沒有服務其它真的你正常酒店好很多，如果後面有機會再去福州還住這家[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]對了，投影看的也很清楚

房間在寫字樓裏面，大門輸了密碼打不開，打電話問老闆很不耐煩的説用力推然後就掛了，一進門就有很重的煙味，衞生也很差，牆壁上都是腳印臟東西，空調一打開很臭的味道，樓下有擺攤賣宵夜的很吵到凌晨，第二天早上想讓老闆再送點礦泉水和紙巾，老闆反問我今天還要不要續住，我説不住就不回我了，紙巾和水到我退房都沒送過來

很差，入住前説兩點退房，入住後改口説12點退房，除非給他三十塊錢，等好評之後再退，太氣人了，欺騙消費者，房間很老很臟，承諾的廚房是個擺設，房間有異味
