Metropolo Jinjiang Hotels(Fuzhou Three Lanes And Seven Alleys east street)

I had a very enjoyable stay at Metropolo Jinjiang Hotel (Fuzhou Three Lanes and Seven Alleys East Street). You can take DongJieKou Metro Exit B, after exit must turn left and walk less than 50 meter to the hotel lobby. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the famous Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and experiencing local culture and food. The room was huge, clean, modern, and comfortable, with tasteful décor and good soundproofing. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping maintained the room very well throughout my stay. The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and staff were always willing to assist with directions or requests. There was a young female receptionist on duty when I checked in on 5 January 2026 around noon. I remember her name ending with “Na”, and I sincerely apologise that I am unable to recall her full name. I was extremely impressed by her professionalism, service attitude, and friendliness. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation for her exceptional assistance. On the following morning, my electric shaver malfunctioned, and I had no idea where to purchase the same model and design. She kindly assisted me by placing an order through the ******* app, and the shaver was delivered to the hotel reception in less than an hour, resolving my problem very quickly. I was truly impressed by her initiative and the extra level of service she provided. Thank you very much for her kind help. The breakfast provided at 4th floor restaurent is also vaule for money. It provide combination of eastern and western food. The only suggestion I would like to share is that I sincerely hope the hotel management can consider replacing the carpet along the corridor leading to the rooms in the near future. The current light-coloured carpet shows dirt very easily and tends to look unsightly despite regular cleaning. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money with its strategic location, comfortable rooms, and reliable service. I would highly recommend Metropolo Jinjiang Hotel to anyone visiting Fuzhou and would gladly stay here again.
