The location is good. It's close to most everything in Fuzhou. The service is hit and miss. We easily checked in and the desk staff were helpful. The concierge was also very helpful. We stayed two nights and didn't get a full room cleaning between nights which is not like a normal Hyatt. (the hotel wasn't crowded at all) The room also wasn't overly comfortable. There are very few outlets, the overhead rainshower was terrible, and the general room layout made it feel cramped. At night, the hallways were loud as well, likely because so many people were placed on the same floor. For the price, I don't think we will stay there again. I would assume there are other better options, likely cheaper.

I stayed here to attend an event which took place in the hotel. It is located in a newly developing area in Changle district of Fuzhou city. Development is still going on so there are lots of barely finished constructions and the roads are broad and very quiet. It is convenient staying here if you have something to do in this area or want to stay in a nice hotel close to the airport (only 25 mins drive). It is 60 kms (1 hour by car) from here to Fuzhou city with its tourist attractions, so as a tourist you may prefer to stay closer to the city centre. The hotel is very modern and newly opened. It offers all the facilities you expect from a five-star-hotel. My room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant every morning and is mainly Chinese style, but toast and croissants were on offer, too. It would be great if they had somebody on duty any time who can communicate with guests who do not speak Chinese.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I’ve stayed here before when I attended a friend’s wedding because there is a restaurant next door to hold wedding banquets. People usually stay here. This time I booked a big bed by myself. I like the bay window so much! After a meeting in the afternoon, I enjoyed sitting by this window drinking tea. The view is also very good. I looked at other rooms before checking in and found that every room in their house has such a large glass window, so the room is very bright and the room layout is very simple. It's a simple style and very clean. It's equipped with disinfectant supplies, which makes you feel at ease. The attitude of the service staff makes you feel very friendly. When you ask about places to eat around, they will patiently recommend many restaurants. The breakfast is medium to high-end and has a variety of options. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I would especially recommend it to friends who have to catch the train the next day. After all, this location is very convenient from the station.

The last stop of my trip in the Year of the Dragon, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's service and environment. Fuzhou is worthy of being a blessed place. The originally booked suite was upgraded to a large suite and a breakfast was provided🥣🙏The scenery outside the window is pleasant. If you come to Fuzhou by car It is very pleasant to play and live here. I also like the landscape paintings hanging in the hotel. I look forward to visiting the Dong Xiyuan Art Museum on the first floor next time🧧

Overall, the stay experience this time was very good! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and the whole check-in process was very smooth. 1. Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are new; 2. Service: The service attitude is very good; 3. Facilities: I went to the fitness center. I was exhausted after running for 10 minutes. There is also a yoga room next to it. The swimming pool is very nice to take pictures! ! ! 4. Environment: The environment is very new and really good. The swimming pool is really beautiful! ! ! It is very suitable for a trip with girlfriends. If you come to Fuzhou next time, you will go here to experience it. Time is too short.
