Location is accessible to major roads, supermarkets, shopping, and activities. Breakfast was their saving grace. Food was always warm with variety. Person who prepped the breakfast was always courteous and on top of maintaining the food. Front desk and their manager could use work on their customer service. They're either busy talking amongst themselves, glued to their cell, or can't find anyone. They advertise laundry that doesn't work, broken ice machines, ongoing door jams including my own room. I was more disgusted how the staff operated with their lack of receptiveness and lack of care or attention to detail. I would only recommend hotel for ideal location and when their rates drop substantially. On the outside, hotel looks enticing. Pictures on their site is either outdated or simply misleading. Because the rooms just look old and adequate. I highly recommend you bring your own bath towels based on the conditions of their supply.
