My family and I had 3 rooms booked. When we arrived around 7 pm, they notified us that all rooms were ready. However, we found that one room had a blood stain (or another brownish redish substance) on the carpet in between the two beds, another room had the sheets turned down, and even the one that was most decent had a red chewed up straw laying on the carpet. We were given 2 new rooms (we stayed with the room with the straw as it was in the best condition of the 3). The rest of my family arrived at midnight, of the 2 rooms we were reassigned to, one was fine and the other had the sheets turned down, an empty coke bottle on the desk, and a cup of water in the bathroom, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. At midnight we then had to wait to be given yet ANOTHER room. The staff was kind but really we were offered not additional compensation for this setback. It took a very long time to get us a new room as the front desk system was rebooting apparently. Although the staff was kind, I do not think that they are properly trained in accommodating guests for inconveniences.
