I am not sure where to start. My overall stay was ok, until I found out how they bill you when you stay for long term. Usually when you work you are paid every two weeks. When I made my reservation I was told ”Oh yes you can pay every week or at the end of the month” I said that will work for me, but that is not the case this hotel charges you for a week in advance. When I was billed I told the manager my payday is not until the end of the month and I just paid last week. I asked If I can pay weekly until I am paid he refused and said I will have to leave if I cannot pay the full balance of $627.00, really!!!!!!!!!!. This is how ”Extended Stay” treats their customers, my rate was around $70.00 a night plus the cost of my pet and tax. I was ok with that, my complatient is that they lie to you giving you false misleading information so you can hurry up and make a reservation. Do the math for a week my total was $627.00 of course I did not have the money so I had to call my dad to help me out. Extended Stay needs to revisit their ”policy” as the manager said over and over again it's our ”policy”. Will I come back for another stay..... maybe but I will NEVER stay long term because the way they lie to you is not good. The one thing that made it even worse when it is ”so called” time to pay for your ”week” they call your room phone and your personal cell phone, if you do not answer then they come and knock on your door and try to make entry to the room, unacceptable you should not treat your customers like you are a criminal because they are ”money hungry” I am looking into filing a complaint to Extended Stay company because each property is privately owned under the Extended Stay name. The front desk keep on reminding you oh please leave us a review...... Well here you go......

This was a very good, reasonably priced and conveniently located hotel. Breakfast was very good, much better than expected. The customer service was excellent. Front desk was super helpful. The Front office manager, Peykan Gilanshah, was particularly good. We had smoke alarm malfunction in the middle of the night, and the front desk offered a 20% discount. However, since we'd booked thru a 3rd party they couldn't change the bill, and when we checked out the reception said the manager would handle it when he came in. To my utter surprise, Peykan called me the very next day, was extremely gracious, and said he would send a check, which arrived in 3 days. This was a minor thing, but the sort of follow up that is all too rare and very appreciated.

We stayed overnight and enjoyed this very recently renovated hotel. It's bright, spacious, and welcoming. The modern decor is a bit minimalist but the bed, room appointments, and bath were all first-rate. And the price is reasonable. One minus: the bathroom has a motion-activated light; if you get up during the night to use the bathroom, the light comes on with blinding blindness that is disorienting and can make it difficult to get back to sleep.

Located next to the highway, the room is very good, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, the parking is free, and the location is a lot. Suitable for self-driving tours from Niagara Falls to Washington. The Grand Falls can be reached in about 7 hours by car and from the hotel to the peak hour in Washington for about an hour.

Great place for your next event! I needed to schedule an event for 50 in Gaithersburg with attractive lunch options. This property exceeded my expectations with quick and comprehensive event planning support, great menu, free parking, modern and attractive meeting space with an enormous lounge and patio that faced the lake on the 2nd floor. Menu options were plentiful and reasonably priced. Selected several sandwiches which were large artisan creations, salads and desserts that were enjoyed by all. IT and Audio-Visual equipment worked perfectly too! The staff went above and beyond with excellent communication and service delivery making it a great experience. Thank you Jordan, Jessa, Sarah, Carmen and Almaz for your indispensable service!

Stayed here one night on NYE, along the road, with spouse and two kids, in a 2Q 1-bedroom suite. Arrived late and left semi-early so only had a brief experience, but, the stuff I can say: --Rooms were typical Homewood 2-room setup, plenty spacious. --While the rooms had all the right stuff, they are a little tired. Lots of little dents/scratches/wear-and-tear, things not quite 100% functioning as intended but nothing big. The window HVAC unit leaked a little bit onto the rug, but just a tiny bit. Really just needs a little TLC. --Location was convenient from the highway. --Breakfast area was well-spaced, offerings were a little spartan but that's pretty universal nowadays. --Staff were universally friendly and helpful. --Rate was reasonable for the room type and amenities. COVID NOTES: masks required here, and people seemed to be doing so, both staff and guests. Didn't get a serious look at the place but I feel safe recommending it.
