Hospitality at its peak. Went with our parents and they enjoyed every minute of our stay. Every thing is smooth right fron checkin to checkout. Food was amazing. Manager Mr Narayan singh is managing his team so well and Hassan Ali ji at restaurant is doing a wonderful job too. Highly recommend.

We visited Gajner Palace to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a peaceful, relaxing stay. The biggest highlight of the property is its serene location and beautiful views. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, it definitely delivers. We also enjoyed the evening cultural activities—the Rajasthani folk performances were vibrant, authentic, and a lovely way to experience the local culture. The food, however, was a mixed experience. The snacks we ordered during the day were good, but the dinner was quite average and could have been much better. Overall, it's a nice weekend escape for those living in or around Bikaner. The palace has an interesting history and a beautiful setting, but in my opinion, it may not be worth planning a long trip from cities like Delhi or Mumbai just for this property. Still, if you're nearby and looking for a relaxing heritage stay, it's worth considering.

The rooms was so amazing the food was over the top seriously so good the staff behaviour is very good

The location of palace is nice . The food was amazing. Special apperception to chef tolaram for delicious food and the staff was nice . But the air conditioner was not working properly and voltage was shuffling. Overall it was not maintained but food and staff were good.The lakeside atmosphere is Amazing .There was peace and Birds were chirping. The palace was good and somewhat maintained. Worth it, especially for the experience rather than luxury alone.

What a magical palace and the service and food was amazing.

An amazing resort that was once the hunting lodge of the Maharaja. The architecture is traditional Indian style and we took much delight in investigating the spacious surrounds. The billiard room contains two vintage taxidermy leopards. Restaurant and bar at the time we stayed were not open till 7pm. You needed to ask at reception for the key to access games room and billiard room. Bring your own chalk! Set on a large lake, the romantic promenade is hard to beat. Located near a small town.

Heritage experience @Gajner palace was unforgettable. Reception and restaurant staff service was good and welcoming. Food was excellent with live Folk music besides gajner lake was center of attraction.

I stayed in Hotel Gajner Palace for 2 nights (29th & 30th August) and it was really a memorable trip. The property is very beautiful, just next to the lake, and the palace architecture is maintained very nicely. You really feel the royal heritage when you walk around. The whole place is peaceful and calm, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the history of Bikaner. Staff is very courteous and helpful, always ready with a smile. Special thanks to GM Narayanan Singh ji, very humble and professional person, he personally takes care of guests and makes you feel at home. Rooms are big, neat and clean, with good mix of traditional touch and modern facilities. Food is tasty, with good options, and service is also quick. Evening tea at the lake side with sunset view is must-do, very special experience. Overall, Gajner Palace is not just a hotel, it feels like living history with warm hospitality. Surely I will visit again and recommend to anyone visiting Bikaner.

The kitchen at Gajner Palace is in expert hands, thanks to chefs Tolaram, Kanhiyalal, Surendra Shinh, and Nirmal Shinh — delivers an exceptional dining experience. Each chef brings dedication, skill, and a deep understanding of traditional flavors. Their teamwork, consistency, and attention to quality truly enhance the royal atmosphere of the palace. A meal prepared by them is sure to leave a lasting impression. Highly appreciated and recommended!

Highly disappointed with the stay. The hotel did not honor its commitment of providing a fruit basket and cookies, which was clearly mentioned while booking. The room rate on the hotel’s website was much higher compared to other platforms. Booking directly turned out to be a mistake. Highly disappointed with the experience. The hotel did not provide the fruit basket and cookies that were clearly committed at the time of booking. Additionally, there was a significant difference in room rates between the hotel’s own website and other booking platforms, making me regret booking directly. To make matters worse, emails sent to the hotel received no response. Such poor service and lack of transparency spoiled the overall experience.Despite writing emails, there was no response from the hotel.
