Comfort Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro

Power was out for half of the room, including the bathroom. Staff said "nothing we can do" as it was it across the 2nd floor. No effort was made to correct, follow-up, or touch base. Good location, but poor communication and seemly no sense of urgency by a short staffed property. Desk agent was often moving through trying to fix and work with guests, but no other coverage. Meaning no one at the front desk or answering calls.

All good. I was surprised there is only one elevator which was out of service for a very short time but everything else was great.

This hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast offerings were among the best I have experienced in decades of travel. Bathroom amenities were great except for the very low toilets. The sheets were luxurious but the beds were awful. Three of us had increasingly bad backs following a night on their squishy mattresses.

They need to upgrade the air-conditioners and the bathrooms especially the toilets. They are very old and low. Surprised some people have not complained about this

It’s a new hotel so everything is really nice. Beds are so comfortable and rooms are clean

Always worry about cleanliness of hotel rooms, but thankfully our room was exceptionally clean and smelled pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and other necessities. We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

This is out 4th time staying there. Consistently the best stay there. Helpful. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Lived the soap and shampoo /conditioner in the shower If I’m in the area again … I’ll stay here. Highly recommend

The rooms were very clean...all of the staff was polite...the breakfast had a little bit of everything We will stay ahain
