Beautiful place, beautiful view, easy access to the beach, an all-around lovely experience!

Winter escape from midwest cold My wife and I stayed at this condo unit for appr 12 days. The unit was clean as expected. Location was very good if you want to be on Seawall Blvd. Great views of the ocean. The blvd is directly in front of the facility, so expect traffic noise if you set outside on the balcony. Our host was very attentive to our needs. The kitchen is not fully stocked for home cooking as other VBRO units we've stayed at. Good news - Walmart is 1-2 blocks away. Parking was in the back of building. You will pay a small parking fee (1 -time) when you arrive. We felt very safe the entire time during our stay. Walks along the blvd are also a must (health permitting). You are very close to excellent dining, sports bars, etc. Make sure to take the time to go to historic downtown, visit the museums, tour the lovely homes, and immerse yourself in their culture. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Great location with fabulous views. Absolutely adorable unit. Clean and spacious. We would love to come back. Parking fee is a one time $37.00 and although I negotiated a pet fee through the owner the front desk charged us a separate pet fee of $10.81
