This cozy newly remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with unobstructed beach views sleeps 6. Perfect vacation property for a small family or for a couple’s retreat. This is resort living close to everything the island has to offer! This vacation condo has a great view of the gulf and the tropical pool area located in the center of the resort. It is located on the 1st floor with a big balcony to enjoy! New kitchen cabinetry with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, induction cook top, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker and garbage disposal. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and other utensils including blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Collapsible beach cart in the unit for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, there is a bunk bed in the hallway and a queen size memory foam mattress sofa bed in the living room. There is a 50” LED TV in the living room and a 40” LED TV in the master bedroom. Community cable in both and Netflix and Prime are available in Living Room set. Bathroom has also been renovated with a rain shower, glass doors and sitting bench. The community offers 2 pools (one heated) and a 2 hot tubs; gym, tennis court and grilling area. Coin laundry facility is located on the same floor, just a few feet away from the condo. Victorian Resort guests are required to purchase a parking permit directly from Resort for $25 plus tax per vehicle at the time of check-in. The beach is right across the street and there are also plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance: Wal-Mart, Golden Corral, McDonald’s, Sonic, Pit’s BBQ, Papa Johns, Frozen Yogurt, among others.
