The house is located on a secluded cul-du-sac in a quiet neighborhood, so beach traffic and noise is minimal for quite evenings with your loved one, or a fun time with the family. We loved our stay! The house was spotless and super close to the beach, you can see the ocean from every angle off the porch. The space is simple, minimalistic, and exactly what we needed for our family weekend at A&M. Perfect mix of comfort and convenience with unbeatable views!

We had a lovely stay. The house was very clean and comfortable! It had everything we needed and the use of the extras ie wagon, beach umbrella & chairs were very helpful and appreciated!

The property was so nice inside and out. Spent a majority of our time on the covered decks thanks to the clouds and rain. Sofa and bed were extremely comfortable. There is no one on either side of you which made it very quiet and relaxing. Beach is a short walk away. Would definitely like to come back in the fall.

July 4th Holiday - Cozy and great location We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home. It seems to have been recently updated and is well-appointed with everything you might need. The home was also super clean! We enjoyed spending our days at the beach and our evenings on the cozy covered patio with a lovely view of the beach. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely return!

Sister outing Great time! Neighborhood is quiet and the property is clean. Perfect for a small family. I would recommend replacing the bunk beds in 2nd bedroom to 2 full size beds.

Cozy Beach Cottage We had a great stay in this cozy beach cottage. It is just like it is described, a five minute walk to the beach. The house is very comfortable and is full of anything you might need, and need for the beach too. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The property manager is very easy to reach and to easy deal with. We had a very pleasant stay.
