Check out 11 am. We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk. We require a valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your VRBO profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests. A violation will end your contract and you will be asked to vacate. Soiled towels should be HUNG to dry for laundering at checkout time. PLEASE Do NOT place linens on the floor. Quiet time at the Resort is 10pm to 8am. Pool closes at 10 PM. Home was cozy and clean. Host was great through it all responded within a reasonable time frame. Only had one issue about it and it’s not even that big of an issue and that was the bed in the master was hard but other than that it was a great stay. Definitely will return.

Worst Stay Ever The Victorian is a good secure place to be. Security guards checked everyday to make sure everyone there had a wrist band on. But as far as the unit we had it was not the best. It was hot the whole time because a/c unit is old and needs a new one. My husband had to change the filter and try to clean out some of the unit to get a little cold air. Staff brought us a fan but had no stand, rigged it up to a chair. The next night they brought us a new one.Maintenance came and put Freon in it which did not last long. Door pad lock didn’t work so maintenance had to come work in it. Don’t have enough towels so had to call to get some more. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm , 6pm , or 7pm when we got there. So we left and did not get into our room @9:30!!!!! Absolutely they worst VRBO we’ve ever had. Will not be staying there again.
