Other Things to Note: ***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very front. This is no where near this condo! ***POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by mid-December 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is no where near this condo. 2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval.. 3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
