Things to note - POOL: I wanted to inform you that the pool has some staining at the bottom and is in need of resurfacing. At this time, we do not have a scheduled date for when this will be completed. However, please rest assured that the pool undergoes regular maintenance and cleaning to ensure it remains safe and enjoyable for guests. A parking pass is provided inside the condo; please place it on the dashboard when parking at the complex.
