I am an owner of wk 19. The swimming pool has been closed since sept ‘24 due to the “hurricane damage”, which was 8 months ago. As I am an owner for 14 yrs, I have no one interested in listening to my complaints besides myself. I had to pay $25 to use the pool at Nicks across the street & when I complained to our “office”, they said they were sorry. I have 5 more days here & I am more than MAD!!! This should have been fixed MONTHS AGO, not during SEASON !!!!

This place is terribly outdated. Our bed literally broke and hit the floor because the leg was bent. The mattress was worn out. Couldn't reach the electrical plugs behind the bed because wood decor was partially covering the plugs. There is mold in the showers. The hot water ran out within 5 minutes of taking a shower due to high flow pressure. The doors in the bedrooms leading to the balcony leaked air and made the rooms very loud with traffic noise. The couch and the mattresses were terribly broken down. The carpet was torn up leading into the bathroom from one of the rooms. Drawers from the IKEA dressers were missing leaving gaping holes in the dressers. There are positives: The townhouse was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The table and chairs near the window were a great touch however the table was terribly warped. The deck was very large with multiple types of woods with holes. This is not a terrible place but certainly needs some TLC.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Clean place and near many attractions. There was a great view of the Gulf.
