Great place to stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Definitely coming back again for the comfort, services, breakfast and free parking.

The service we got at reception was great. Jonathan was very helpful and advised on where to go, eat, places to visit, etc in Galway We were upgraded to a bigger room on 2nd floor which was huge. .the box of chocolates as welcome gift was a very nice gesture! Ava had our room serviced and cleaned to a great standard The bathroom was big and shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was good too, with variety but same on all 3 days. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if ever visit Galway again.

Service in all areas was excellent and all staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast very good as was the food in the bar at night. Location good near shopping centres and also public transport outside hotel.
