Originally scheduled for 7 days, on the day of check-in, I was told that the originally scheduled 3-person room would be charged an additional US$5 per day for an adult because we were told that we were a family of two adults and two children, so we exceeded the 3-person limit.
To be honest, we can't understand this.
Fortunately, Ctrip was very helpful and the online customer service communicated in a timely manner and helped us cancel the orders for the next 6 days that could not be canceled originally.
There is no big problem with the hotel, everything is as shown in the pictures.
