The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

They both have always been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and I m regular guest . Excellent hotel room , clean , quiet with excellent service. The restaurant is amazing serving a wide range of Indian foods. Big shout out to Ananya for her service and recommendations. I would strongly recommend the property and will return on future visits

Excellent staff and hospitality. Good hygiene is maintained. Food quality is great with a good variety. Restaurant staff is very friendly and takes good care. Ananya, Ajay, Hiroj and Azeem in particular takes good care of their guests and ensure Client delight.

Excellent food was served by the chef Ajay ,chef Azeem , Ashish , Shubham and their staff. The hospitality was very nice and service staff was courteous. The dining area was very well maintainer and had an aroma of freshness. My compliments to the entire staff of Radisson

What a lovely hotel nice rooms, great food. Thanks to Ananya and Joydeep of the staff who made my stay an absolute pleasure. The facility exceeded my expectations with a pool that is open long hours. Staff that helped sort out the business arrangements during our stay and the service in the restaurant and coffee bar was exemplary.
