The hotel washroom are not clean and room are also very untidy and good is also not too good especially morning breakfast are not good. They have very limited item to serve and quality of food is too bad. I am not click the hotel pics

Faced below issues in the hotel:
1. House phone was not working, so for each & everything had to walk to reception 2. non availability of twin bed rooms 3. staff used to sleep till 8am at reception & for everything we had to wake them up, which felt bad but we had no choice

1) overall stay was good. Only hotel entry was quite confusing. 2) kettle was provided but no tea bags coffee sachets, milk and sugar was provided. Hotel staff said that they don't provide it. Very disappointing
