4/ 5Very GoodRoom was a little small for a family of 3 but we have got the nicest ocean view room on 5th floor so its fine for a one night stay. Service was good. Need to bring sleepers toothbrush and toothpaste. Staffs was nice. Check in was 3pm but you need to get a waiting number which starts at 1pm. Glad we didn’t wait that long because of trip booking. Pools a little crowded during day time specially on weekends. Pool time is until 10pm.

3.5/ 5overall experience was decent, the location is the best part about this hotel. it was fairly crowded even on a weekday. the check in process was fine and the room quality overall was decent. the room and bathroom felt like it could need a deep cleaning. there is a infinity pool on the 20th floor and it was worthwhile, but they charge you an extra fee of ₩30,000 (masks mandatory). the breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, the majority of the food felt like it was low grade, and service was menial. the most disappointing part was the late night snack i chose to order from the BHC chicken place on the first floor. its crispy but there was literally so little meat, i was just eating the fried skin.. maybe because i went near closing time they gave me a bad batch, but overall super disappointing for the over marked price. there is also a small convenience store that stay open till 12am.

3.7/ 5This hotel's location is great. But they're not a management clean the room conditions. Many dusted side conner and windows. I think same of 3~4 star hotel the other countries. 1 night $220 over paid. Included breakfast. I don't want go to again

3.5/ 5It’s just huge hotel but they charge from everything. Need to buy a toothpaste, pay for the parking and swimming pool from the stayers. The room is fine, tiny and tv is tiny too. We could of spend less and get better service if we stayed another hotel. There was jacuzzi at the balcony of the room, but couldn’t even use it. 5star hotel but no big difference between other hotels.
