In the past, there were four or five bottles of drinks in the small refrigerator in the executive room, but now it has been cancelled. The disposable white slippers that used to feel classy are now thin grey slippers.

酒店真心不錯，服務意識非常高，感謝前台帥哥免費升級了房間還送了禮物，開心😁早餐豐富，有甜酒雞蛋很喜歡，退房時忘了東西在酒店，馬上打電話給我，前台美女馬上去取下來，避免我誤了火車，下一程寧都，一看果斷又定了沃爾頓酒店的連鎖店，希望繼續

一次非常愉快的入住體驗。辦理入住的時候身份證忘在了前台，前台的服務員蘇暖年不僅親自給我送到房間，還贈送了禮物和水果，態度和藹，讓人感到温暖。我想這種服務的温度才是客人最需要的體驗吧。沃爾頓雖然衹是四星級酒店，服務卻超過了很多五星級酒店，值得推薦。前台的小王開發票的時候也很耐心，感覺不錯，也贊一個！

來贛州出差好幾次啦，對沃爾頓的印象很好，所以每次都會定這裏的房間，這次還主動升級了房間，一個人睡大大一張床，非常舒適.
設施：設施新，大廳寬敞氣派
衞生：房間非常乾淨整潔，特別值得一提的是床品枕頭很舒適，軟硬適中，睡得很舒服. 廁所裏還準備了一次性馬桶套，太貼心了吧~
環境：堪比五星級酒店

酒店屬於高端連鎖品牌酒店，位置地處贛州市中心城區，春節期間到贛州出差，趕上了春節與外出旅遊的高峯，客流量非常大，每天基本上都是滿房的狀態，提前了8天預訂了他們的套房。
入住、早餐、客房服務、退房等方面的細節做的非常好，完全超出了我對地級市酒店的預期。入住的時候，酒店前廳的王經理非常細心、專業，從行李和着裝方面判斷出了出行目的，告知了近幾日的天氣狀況，合時宜的推薦了贛州的吃住+小去處，雖然春節出差很鬱悶，但服務很有温度、很暖心！早餐對標準五星，品類多、搭配豐富，最讓人難忘的是那碗牛肉湯，很贊！讓人想起了老家的淮南牛肉湯，味道相近。客房服務及時、高效、細緻，最好的是礦泉水，用的是高端品牌，來了朋友多要了幾瓶礦泉水，無費用，還告知了不夠還可以送來，感覺很貼心！退房的時候恰逢退房高峯期，前台3個辦理台，安排的非常有秩序，等待區也比較大，高峯期的各種客户、各種刁鑽問題才能體現出酒店業的專業水平。
正月初五就外出出差的心情本就不是很愉快，被酒店各個環節的暖心問候和關懷一掃而空，希望酒店越辦越好，下次來贛州還會入住。

來贛州首選入住酒店，房間乾淨舒適，前台小姐姐很熱情，大年初一入住送了個禮包；酒店早餐特別豐富，酒釀蛋和飯包肉丸是我的最愛。就是地下停車場車牌識別系統出了點故障，晚上出去的時候識別不了，前台打電話給保安放行了，第二天早上出門還是識別不了。

酒店整體不錯，設施完善，服務不錯，早餐也比較豐盛，而且供應的時間比較長，從7點到10點，中途會補充食物。
提點小意見：地下停車場的燈要是能夠多加點就好了，現在比較黑，不夠亮。

整體入住體驗感不好。
洗澡水忽冷忽熱的沒法洗澡，
廁紙一丟丟，我們在用自己帶的紙。兩晚洗手液都沒有的，就是空瓶子放在那裡。
早餐九點早飯，食物都是涼的，且不再上。
衞生條件也一般。

其他都滿意，但就是早上下樓拿個東西的準備上樓，叫了值班服務員幾次幫我刷卡上樓，他不願意！他硬要叫我走樓梯間的員工通道！真的很無語！必須差評分不清客人和外人！第一次差評！超級無語
