We loved the hotel, the location was perfect, the rooms and the bathrom were clean and spacious. The stuff were willing to help us with everything and they were all very friendly, especially the girl at the reception Dexi Qingcuo and even the cleaning lady was so nice and cheerful. If we come back we will stay at the same hotel for sure.

It was a fantastic place to stay. The room was very clean, the view on the mountains was beautiful and the staff was really helpful to answer all of our questions, from where to eat to how to travel around the region. Excellent reception attitude at the front desk (of Zima notably). I definitely recommend. Thanks !

We have travelled China for 2 months and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Newly furnished, clean, spacious rooms with super comfy beds, heated floor so nice and cosy. Good sound insulation. Very friendly helpful reception and cleaning staff. Lamu was always available to help at the front desk. We will be coming back!!

It is hard to describe the bathroom. The water drain of the wash basin is very slow, and the water is full after a while. The water of the shower faucet is small and scattered, and it is impossible to rinse. It is too late and I am too lazy to say anything. I just deal with it for one night.
