衞生狀況堪憂，房間清潔不徹底，還留着上一個客人沒用完的牙膏，而且房間異味很大。

地理位置方便，處在十字路口，周邊吃飯購物都挺方便，房間也乾淨衞生，晚上也不吵。唯一的缺點就是停車不方便，衹有門口四五個停車位，去的晚停滿了衹有停樹下，第二天車上都是樹上落下的東西，也不是葉子，又去洗車。

十幾年來住的服務最差的一家酒店，店大欺客，耍心眼，店裡環境衞生又不到，保安過來房間拿垃圾，居然用腳從房間踢到門口。開個發票加了個税點還開原來金額，想忽悠我。大家選店入住小心點，好像高州衹有這家酒店一樣。

網上訂房和前台訂房區別對待，網上訂房12點之前退房，前台訂房14點退房，向前台反應情況她就叫我們可以取消訂單，非常不公平

酒店的管理有嚴重的問題，那天讓阿姨兩點半搞衞生，後面三點多過來，阿姨敲門説沒人應沒搞，我在想門口有門牌可以看見有沒有人，而且一定要有人才能搞？沒人就不搞了？有事出門了要等你搞衞生我才出去？滑天下之大稽、後面説換房，結果前台跟老闆阿姨溝通，第一時間是想着把責任推給客户，我在想這個責任在誰？感覺住個酒店好像是犯人一樣，被問來問去，最後面等十幾分鍾才説換一個房間，還是那個前台，全程感覺特別不耐煩，而且老闆也是有點問題，出了問題第一時間不是想着先解決客户的需求問題，而且找責任，還説扣員工工資，明顯不妥當、所以説這個酒店建議大家還是不要入住，免得花錢找不自在

酒店地理位置跟硬件設施其實還算不錯的，就是管理團隊太差了，預訂的大床房，並預訂成功了，到店跟我説沒房，要換雙人房給我，其實這也沒什麼，訂房也經常會遇到這種情況，但前台那女的跟我説什麼衹能睡一張床，睡兩張床的話要加收錢…另外我凌晨4點入住的，還要我中午12點退房，不然又加收錢，信用住還要加收我100塊按金。就是為了到時方便扣我錢吧！整個中國酒店行業都規定了下午2點退房的，唯獨這酒店例外…然後衞生條件也很差，兩張床都發現頭髮，很噁心。牙刷很廉價，刷出血。沒有刮鬍刀，拖鞋是這種爺爺款的，沒有一次性拖鞋。最奇葩的是那洗頭水跟沐浴露，本來沒用頭髮還挺柔順的，用完頭髮跟一坨枯草似的，沐浴露不知道是啥東西來的，完全沒有泡泡的，洗完身上油油，總之在高州城住過那麼多酒店，這個酒店給我體驗感是最差的，沒有之一

環境還可以，挺乾淨的，房間也挺大的，標準單間這個水平很不錯。聽説501才是有蟑螂的，其他房間沒事。床有點硬，但是可以接受。本來想兩點走的，但是前台説網上定的不能兩點走，否則要加錢。後來退房時候換個前台，她卻説網上定的也是可以改為現場辦理，這樣就能延長到兩點走。
