Currently staying at this hotel with a Leger coach holiday and it really is not great at all, definitely not a 4 star, more like 2. Food is truly awful, I can’t eat dinner as it’s just disgusting, I only have a dessert. Breakfast is always good with a wide choice but dinner is always awful. Leger are paid a fortune for our holidays and then put us in this shambles of a hotel, so run down and outdated, it’s a joke. Hotel is about a mile from lake, big hill to walk down and back up so not suitable for elderly or infirm. Honestly think Leger are rip off holiday company allowing us to stay in this hotel in this condition and feel sorry for the less able customers, at least I can get away from the hotel for most of the time. Coffee served in cafe at hotel is cold. The staff at this hotel are trying their hardest to give you a good holiday and service, very friendly and helpful, if it wasn’t for the lovely staff then I would not give this hotel 2 stars, they really are trying to save a sinking ship. Staff are what makes this hotel, the rest of it is terrible.

Very disappointing. The hotel is very old fashioned and doesn't worth a 4 stars. The rooms were relatively small, and the bathrooms very outdated (cracks in the tiles, old shower faucets (risk for burns), mold in the showers, etc.) Asked at the reception to remove the mold, resulting in a discussion between the receptionist and the cleaning lady, after which the cleaning lady comes to our bathroom and starts cleaning the shower with... the toilet brush! When it is said that this is disgusting, we get the answer that the toilet brush will be replaced. :-( Furthermore, the tiles were broken on our terrace, we saw a hotel guest bringing a broken lamp where he was asked to replace himself and we regularly fell through the loungers around the pool. During our 10 days stay we were given the same menu from day 7 as the week before. Positive impression of the swimming pool, we couldn’t get our kids out of it, and very enthusiastic staff of the restaurant. The staff is doing a great job to keep this hotel open. Really, this hotel needs a make-over quickly. 4-stars is very overrated, you better go to the 4-stars hotel at the other side of the road.

I was part of a bus tour, Hotel needs upgrading. Bedrooms large with old fashioned furniture had a fridge and a nice balcony overlooking a lovely pool. Good shower and hairdryer. Towels were lovely and changed everyday. Breakfast okay But dinner was a bit hit or miss. Nice salad buffet to start then soup or pasta which were fine . Main was fish which was nice and tasty or meat with a veg not very appetizing. Sweets were okay. Food was often served not very warm and had to be send back, waiter not pleased and asked why did we want it warm !! A shuttle bus runs from back of hotel down to the Lake which is about a 15 minute walk.

We are customers of the Chinchetini hotel chain, and the Park hotel oasi also amazed us, huge rooms, comfortable beds, varied and abundant breakfast, regarding dinner I can say that the appetizer buffet was really good and rich, and the first and second courses were good, the only negative note concerns the water which in my opinion should be included in the amount of dinner, perhaps carbonated drinks or wine, but with water, the really beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds, distance from the center of Garda 1.5km . Internal or external parking good value for money.

Wir sind hier mit einer Busgruppe. Grosse Zimmer, gute Matratze, kleines Bad und Balkon. Zimmer und Hotel sind sehr sauber, da und dort halt nicht mehr das neuste. Bekamen extra Raum für Räder abzustellen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Nachtessen 1 A

Hôtel pour senior: Zéro animation. Pas de service en chambre. Pas moyen de brancher un multiprise. Les prises avec fiche de terre ne sont pas compatibles. Ils prêtent des adaptateurs avec 5€de caution. Climatisation insuffisante pour faire descendre la chambre en dessous de 30°C Garage insuffisant. 10 places sont gâchées par des dépôts de vieux matériaux (lits, WC,chaises, tables, transats...) Le bidet ne fonctionne pas. Douche minuscule (tub de 65-70cm). Se remplit plus vite qu'elle ne se vide et donc déborde. Espace de rangement insuffisant : 1m20 de penderie et trois tiroirs... Pour 3 personnes. Télévision minuscule (21 ou 23" pas plus) Décor vétuste. Carrelages cassés, lézardes maquillées dans la chambre. Piscine sympa si vous mesuree plus de 1m70. Dans le lounge les fauteuils en cuir sont tellement vieux que le cuir est craquelé et parfois déchiré par endroit. Les essuies sont changés chaque jour (de toute façon on n'a pas la place pour les sécher) ce que je trouve eco-irresponsable. Points positifs : le personnel est très aimable et serviable et on y mange très bien.

Fortunatamente avevo prenotato solo per due notti. Arrivato in Hotel lascio auto nel parcheggio sotterraneo dove una parte é tristemente adibita a discarica elettrodomestici a vista di chi parcheggia... proprio il benvenuto che ci si aspetta in un hotel (a prescindere dalle stelle) Giunti alla reception pensavo di essere catapultato in un film anni '80... una hall rimasta cosi da 45 anni. Personale al ricevimento gentile e professionale. Arriviamo in camera, quasi peggio della Hall: Gli interni vecchi e poco curati, il bagno non ne parliamo. La pulizia migliorabile. L’ hotel dispone di una piscina del verde e il servizio bar ai tavoli inesistente (nonostante i tavoli-bar della piscina siano a 5 metri dal Bar. L'ascensore con una puzza muffa e una moquette al limite dell'igiene: ci siamo rifiutati di prendere l'ascensore. Colazione a livello di mensa militare con le tazze nelle vasche di plastica, i tavoli del buffet senza tovaglie e la qualità del cibo discutibile... pessima qualità e poco ricca. Assolutamente prima e ultima volta in questa struttura.

Buona la cena e la colazione ottimo il servizio e il personale tutto super gentile.piscina e giardino grande e in ordine.Garage sotterraneo x le auto comodo(anche se un po' in disordine).le camere sono silenziose,materasso un po' vecchiotto con buca al centro.

die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. die Schiebetür beim Schrank fiel einem fast entgegen, auch fast kein Platz zum Legen. die Laden spiessten sehr. Bad /Dusche äusserst klein. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, ausreichend. bis auf die anscheinend gedämpften Spiegeleier. am Abend schönes, grosses Salatbuffet. Vorspeisen top. Hauptspeisen sehr klein. Fisch war überhaupt nicht gut, alles gedämpft. es wurde alles zu schnell serviert, man konnte nicht wirklich geniessen da ja danach die zweite Partie zum Essen kam. Personal sehr freundlich. sehr bemüht war ein junger Mann (noch nicht lange dabei) sein Name Andrea. aber auch alle anderen sehr nett. der grosse Pool sehr schön, viele Liegen.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die gute Küche im OASI mit dem reichhaltigem Antipasti-Buffet und den sehr guten Desserts. Zwei Abendessenszeiten. Das Hotel liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig und ist 1,5 km vom Gardasee entfernt. Also kann man, wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist, den Gardasee und die Geschäfte fußläufig erreichen. Außerdem gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe. Sauberkeit: gut. Personal: höflich und zuvorkommend

Tutto bene. Arredamenti un po' retrò e cibo della colazione da migliorare in qualità. Posizione buona, ottima la pulizia, cortesia e disponibilità da parte del personale, stanze spaziose e spazio esterno con piscina e tutta l'ombra per godersi freschezza e relax.

Personale gentile ma poco accogliente e poco informato sui luoghi da visitare. L’ hotel dispone di una bella piscina e un grande spazio poco attrezzato per i bambini, non hanno un bagnino e non hanno il servizio bar ai tavoli. Gli interni vecchi, poco curati, le camere da migliorare. Il bagno antichissimo. La pulizia deve migliorare. Colazione deludente, pessima qualità e poco ricca . Che peccato. Non lo consiglio alle famiglie.

Probabilmente non sanno che non basta prepsrarevi letti con la biancheria, ci vogliono anche le doghe che sostengono il materasso... cose che acraccontarle ti prendono per matto, ma che accadono in un hotel stellato, pranzi e cene da mensa

Das Hotel soll 4 Sterne haben. Das ist ein Witz. Ich war mit einer Reisegruppe dort, für drei Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung, vom Geruch und von der Ausstattung. Als ich die Tagesdecke zurück schlug, hatte ich endgültig genug. Ich nahm mein Gepäck und checkte im Nachbarhotel Italia ein. Klein, neu renoviert und sauber. Wenn man bereit ist, das Zimmer doppelt zu zahlen, sagt das doch alles.
