Reviews of Hyatt Place Garden City

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our rooms. There were no towels for the 4th and 5th person and no bed linen for the fold-out couch, even though we had booked an extra large (barrier-free) room for 3 adults and 2 children. The furnishings were also very dated and the room felt quite dark. There was an unidentifiable puddle on the toilet in the bathroom and the wallpaper was peeling off from the ceiling. The shower was unfortunately almost unusable because the water jet couldn't be adjusted and was very strong. On top of that, after showering the entire bathroom was under water because it couldn't drain quickly enough. Plus points: The good breakfast and the swimming pool.
