Easy access off of hwy 83. The property is well maintained. The rooms were nice and cozy. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good too. Fair price too

I had a struggle liking the place. It was 22 degrees out side and when I entered my room the heat was turned off. It felt as cold outside as inside. Tiles were missing around the shower. But the bathroom was clean. Shower designed wrong. You had to step in and get wet to turn the shower on cause the door was on the wrong end. The room over all was clean however there was crack running from mid way down about 3 feet in one corner. We came with medical equipment that did not have accessible outlets for. Staff is very kind. Like I said room is clean. Once I got the heat on it was comfortable to sleep.

The property was fine, but ******* allowed for a third-party booking of a rate that was not available so we got walked to another property, completely unacceptable. Not the fault of the sleep in but inherent challenge with using a third-party app like *******. It doesn't communicate very well with the actual availability of rates to specific properties, the sleep in should've accommodated us at that rate as they did have rooms available - beyond inconvenient.

What a beautiful property, the lobby was so clean and inviting. Beautiful decorations all over and a yummy breakfast in the morning. For the first time in awhile i found a hotel that provides a tastey breakfast. Our room was spacious and the jet tub was so deep. The bed was very comfortable, the right amount of soft and firm at the same time.

Not bad because I got a free stay for the night! Bed even with the 2" pillow top was harder than the floor! Flooring is coming up in the hallway on the 3rd floor that I stayed on! Otherwise I guess OK

The walkin shower was not safe for older folks. There was no grab bar, or anything to hold onto. No place to hang your towel or wash cloth, floor was slippery.

Greeted by a friendly host. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom were clean.
One suggestion to property management would be to add 1 or 2 towel bars in the bathroom to hang used towels on. Otherwise, everything was great!
