WoodSpring Suites Savannah Garden City

The front desk staff (it was literally a hole in the wall where you checked in) was nice, both when we checked in and checked out, but the first room we were given had filthy sheets with hair on them! The whole second floor smelled like a greasy spoon! Don’t know if this is some sort of transition house, or used for workers of some kind, but it didn’t have anything nice about it inside. There were new fridges in the rooms however. The second room was on the 1st floor, and though much cleaner, the AC blew a really sickly sweet smell. Had to turn it off! So it was warm in the room. And the floor in this room felt like it had grease all over the floor! Didn’t want to go barefoot at all! Absolutely no ‘extras’ in the rooms — not even Kleenex! We got in at 10:30 pm and left at 7:30 am. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. The bed was surprisingly quite comfortable. Just a mattress on a spring frame, but not bad. Don’t stay here if you can help it! And it was still $130 US for the night!

Kenya and Val has been very helpful to us and showing us great hospitality and with housekeeping they are on point coming through every morning the same time with fresh linens and blankets…and Kenya is always available after hours and alll.

This hotel just lost 3 rooms for 2 weeks. And not only that. They lost our business. We booked 3 rooms on Friday,8/16/24, paid it in full and got the reservation confirmation. Today,Sunday ,8/18/24, when we got to the hotel to check in, they are telling us that they don’t have the rooms available. And they didn’t offer any options for accommodation. Thank you, but no thank you.

Smiley is the best housekeeper there is .. if you need service for your room make sure to ask for her to service your room!! She is very sweet and if you need anything she will stop what she’s doing just to make sure you have everything you need!! Best housekeeper I had

Ms.Nakeia was our clerk very welcoming , helpful . She made sure she explained in full details about the property at booking . Accommodation at a 5/5 made sure me and my family had a nice clean room . Since booked my stay has been great , thanks Nakeia

Very convenient location, staff is awesome!!! Clean suites, the beds were very comfortable! Our suite was clean very kuch to our expectations! The rates are very affordable even if its just for a weekend getaway or business trip or a place to call home for a few day!!! Check in was very easy and simple for my family and I

The stay went very well and David was really helpful. when you ask for what you need he get it for you. we enjoy the stay I don't know a better place to stay and if any family member are friend ask about a good Place to stay I will tell them to stay at the WoodSpring suites in savannah ga garden city.

Courteous employees make’s sure my stay is comfortable. Keeps room maintained and ensures sheets and towels are supplied. Engages with me and my daughter every time I pass by them. Has uplifted spirits every time i encounter them truly makes sure me and my family enjoy ourselves.
