Very poor — the room is completely different from the photos. At night, it's impossible to sleep due to the creaking floors and the sound of bells from outside. Not recommended.

The receptionist at the hotel is cold and will not speak to you. After checking in, the room suddenly ran out of power, needed to change rooms in the middle of the night, and the room was too small. Overall, the location of the hotel is good, but too old, the biggest failure is the service attitude of the lobby receptionist, which can definitely be rated as mean.

The reception itself was fine; we were helped politely. However, apparently, the normal procedure is to check in electronically, either online or via a display. Consequently, you don't see any staff. You are then given your room number and a code for the lock. This can work well, but it didn't. During our entire 2-night stay, we had to re-enter the code multiple times. It just didn't seem to work properly; even with a small stylus to press the key, the system didn't function flawlessly. Upon departure, I pointed this out, and the response I received was that younger people don't have problems with it. Well, firstly, I am not digitally illiterate and not old... and secondly, I have seen young people struggle with this lock too. Imagine having had a few drinks; you end up sleeping in the hallway. My absolute worst point is the refrigerator, which was broken; the light is on, but it doesn't cool. I reported this on the very first day, but nothing was done about it. Upon departure, the issue was unknown or had not been passed on. The reception's response upon departure was: asking if the refrigerator was actually on? Yes, the light is on and the switch is set to three. You feel a bit ... treated and not taken seriously. Furthermore, no air conditioning in the room so it was boiling hot. Absolutely no view from this room, windows start at 1.5 floors up and then you look at planters or something similar. Do not book this room (108) Was there no plus point then? Yes there was. The breakfast was extensive and good. Overall, I think the service really falls short.
